Made-to-order timing, packing, and return guidance.
Single pieces are made to order and usually leave the studio in 14-21 days after order confirmation. Quantity orders, special packaging, and event-dated projects may require a longer schedule.
When a piece ships, we use protective packing and tracked dispatch whenever available for the destination.
After delivery
Damage, returns, and remake support
Inspect the package and porcelain shortly after delivery. If there is shipping damage, keep the packaging and send clear photos so we can review the carrier record and practical replacement options.
Because each piece is made to order, returns are handled case by case. Standard unused pieces may be eligible for support within 30 days, while custom, personalized, or quantity orders may not be returnable once production begins.
